Daniel D. Ragan is Director of Human Resource Consulting for Stewart and Associates, LLC. He is an expert in compliance with regulations to include Wage-Hour, EEOC, FMLA, COBRA, NLRB, etc. In addition, he has written and developed compensation plans, affirmative action plans, employee handbooks, and policy manuals. Dan has represented companies in excess of 400 times before the EEOC and has a 99% win ratio. He has conducted hundreds of workshops on supervisory training and management development, motivating employees, communication, sexual harassment prevention and many other topics.
